Online Booking Cancellation Policy When booking online, you agree to provide a valid credit card on file and accept our cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the provider’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file ($100 for a new patient appointment or $80 for a follow-up appointment).
