Dr. Therese is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Kansas State University in 2006 with dual degrees in Nutrition/Exercise Sciences and Athletic Training. She then went on to Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City where she graduated in December 2010. Dr. Therese is an active member in many organizations including the American Chiropractic Association and the Kansas Chiropractic Association. She has received many awards including the American Chiropractic Association Outstanding Service Award and their Excellence in Leadership award. She also has been the recipient of the Presidential Commendation Award from the Kansas Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Therese is truly invested in getting to the root of the problem and correcting it using Chiropractic care, A.R.T. (Active Release Technique) and dry needling. She is also trained in other facets, including Rock Tape, Activator, SOT, Graston and Flexion/Distraction.

Dr. Finan also has a wide variety of practitioners she works, including Massage Therapists, Medical Physicians, Physical Therapist, Dietitian, Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Surgeon, Internal Medicine and Pain Specialist. This network Dr. Finan has built will allow the patient the best referral source, if the condition the patient presents with is not a candidate for Chiropractic or A.R.T. care.

Dr. Natalie (Horton) Silva was born a child of active officers in the United States Army, in Wurzburg, Bavaria, Germany. She has called the Kansas City area home for the past 15 years.

Dr. Silva graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med Psychology. She received her Chiropractic Degree from Cleveland University – Kansas City, graduating magna cum laude. She achieved recognition on the Dean’s List every semester. In her final year at Cleveland University, Dr. Horton was nominated to Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. She also earned the title of Salutatorian of her graduating class.

Dr. Silva adjusts with a diversified style, and can also utilize instrument assisted techniques. She combines adjustments with Active Release Technique (ART), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), dry needling and rehabilitative exercise. This combined approach is great for not only spinal ailments, but injuries of the extremities as well. She loves to treat patients of all ages, including pregnant mothers and newborns.

Dr. Andrew Schriever is from a small town in rural Iowa called Rockford. Growing up playing multiple sports Andrew always had an interest in health and performance. He later went on to receive a degree in biology from the University of Northern Iowa. While at UNI, he visited numerous clubs in the medical realm including the pre-chiropractic club. This is where he became more informed on what chiropractic care can be. He loved the idea that chiropractors play such an important role in patients’ overall health and also do more than adjust.

Dr. Schriever then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. This is where he found his passion for treating musculoskeletal injuries while also helping those who want to increase performance. He started attending weekend seminars outside of school to further educate himself on the benefits of exercise and rehabilitation. These seminars allow him to use a variety of techniques to treat his patients.

Dr. Brenton is from a small town south of Wichita called Wellington. Brenton played multiple sports throughout his childhood and became interested in rehab and performance during his time in High School while running track and playing football. After deciding to pursue a Kinesiology degree at Kansas State University, he began spending much of his time in the gym and studying exercise physiology, which set a foundation for his future career.

Dr. Brenton then attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. Being interested in rehab, he developed his skills by doing a mix of shadowing, attending weekend seminars and by attending MPI club at school, using this information and skills has allowed him to be versatile while treating various musculoskeletal conditions.

Dr. Van Zandt grew up in Shawnee and attended Saint Thomas Aquinas where he was a three-sport athlete before dedicating his time and efforts to football. He attended the University of Kansas earning a Bachelors of Science with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Science. In his last trimester at KU, Dr. Van Zandt was fortunate to do an internship with Dr. Rob Jones at Peak Performance Health Center where he received invaluable experience working hands on with patients and athletes. This experience motivated Dr. Van Zandt to attend Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park where he graduated cum laude.

During his time at chiropractic college Dr. Van Zandt developed a strong interest in the diagnosis, treatment and management of sports injuries. This has led Dr. Van Zandt to pursue a third professional degree, Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehab. Dr. Van Zandt has continued to amass hundreds of hours of continuing education in varying diagnostic and treatment techniques further enhancing his ability to manage cases of a wide patient demographic.
